SWAN HOUSE 规则
• 客户请于下午2:00后办理登记，上午12点前退房。
• 热爱地球，本民宿不主动提供盥洗用具，请自备牙刷和牙膏。
• 房屋内全面禁煙，若要抽菸，請至戶外走廊。
• 禁止携带宠物。
• 从晚上12点至早上7点，必须尊重其他住户的休息时间，请保持安静。
• 为客户的健康与安全，所有客户禁止在民宿内吸毒，饮酒，携带武器等危险物品。
• 房间内禁止点火行为，如蜡烛/火柴/任何引火器具等。
• 請尊重他人的財產。民宿內的古董收藏&家私已照相存档，若遺失/損壞均將賠償
• 请保持环境整洁，若故意破坏脏乱将加收清洁费用
• 离开房间时，请随手锁住房门，我们建议客户把贵重物品随身携带，请勿留在客房内，本民宿不负保管责任。

• 免费机场接送服务，并协助安排租车服务。
• 提供大毛巾，小面巾，沐浴用品。
• 续住不更换毛巾，床单，如有需要请告知（P.

S.洗衣机可自行使用）。
• 提供网络WIFI，住户请自备电脑。
• 设有滤水机，请多加利用。
• 小厨房允许煮食，但请注意安全及清洁。

tailor-made accommodation rules, please abide. SWAN HOUSE RULES
• All clients please register for accommodation after 2:00 pm and check-out before 12:00 am.
• Love the Earth, this B & B does NOT provide toiletries; please bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste.
• Smoking is NOT allowed in the house, to smoke, please go to the outdoor corridor
• Pets are NOT allowed.
• From midnight to 7:00am, we must respect other residents’ time to rest, please keep quiet.
• Health and safety for our customers, all customers in a B & B prohibited drug, alcohol, weapons and other dangerous items to carry.
• Ignition behavior is prohibited in the room, such as candles / matches / any fire appliances.
• Please respect the property of others. Antiques & furniture has a photographic archive, if lost / damaged both the compensation
• Please keep the environment clean and tidy, cleaning fee will be charged if vandalism dirty.
• When leaving the room, please lock the door securely, we advise clients to carry valuables, do not leave in the room, this B & B NOT assumes responsibility for safekeeping. SWAN HOUSE SERVICE:
• Free airport shuttle service, and help arrange car rental
• Provide bath towel, face towel & bathing supplies
• Without replacing towels, bed sheets, if necessary, please advice. Free to use the washing machine)
• Provide network WIFI, clients please bring your own computer.
• Provide water filter, please make use of it.
• Kitchenette allows cook but please pay attention to safety and cleanliness.
