Receptionist :
- Willingness to work on Weekend & Public Holidays.

Job Duties :
a. Book and confirm appointments via whatsapp, phone and email.
b. Answer all customer enquiries via whatsapp, phone and email with etiquette
c. Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
d. Process transactions (cash, credit cards, stripe) and issue receipts.
e. Inform clients about new services and discounts

Housekeeping :
1. Experience in Hotel Housekeeping is preferred.
2. Willing to work on shift hours, weekend and public holidays.
3. Pleasant personality, honest, discipline, cheerful, team player and detailed person.
4. Full time positions available.
5. Possesses good grooming and interpersonal skills.
6. A team player with the ability to work independently and highly motivated.

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: RM1,200.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
