Responsibilities:
Perform full spectrum of HR and Administrative duties including recruitment, monthly payroll process, statutory payout, employee/industry relations, compensation & benefits and performance management for HQ & outlet branch.
le for the recruitment process including sourcing of candidates, screening, coordinating interview, on-boarding and exit management.
Monitoring Ensure all matters related to foreign worker permit and passport renewal, femora insurance, COM.
Manage all labor cost and take lead on draft manpower budget, manpower planning, staff welfares and review all compensation scheme from time to time.
Update Job Descriptions, Employee Handbook, SOP, Memo, HRIS and other HR related documents from time to time.
Liaise with all government bodies to ensure adherence compliance laws and regulations.
Any other ad hoc task assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Experience in supervise a HR team and able to manage the HR Department for company with employee numbers above 100.
Those currently working in F&B, Restaurant Chain Industry will have added advantage.
Experience in handling relevant local / foreign labor authorities such as statutory, labor, foreign workers, immigration, embassy etc.
Candidates who experience in Ms Officel and Payroll system is advantage.
Required language(s): Mandarin is compulsory, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
