Rules and Regulations of Hotel G City
1. Check-in time: Hotel check-in time is after 2.00 p.m.
2. Check-out time: Hotel check-out time is 12.00 noon. Any guest who check-out after the stated ti
me will be charge for one more stay with daily rate
3. Extension: If upon check-in the guest does not specify the duration of his or her stay, the Hotel will presume it is for one night. The wish to extend the stay beyond the period stipulated at the day of arrival should be declared by a guest at the reception desk not later than 10:00 am at the departure day. Extension of stay will be ensured subject to room availability, Hotel will comply with the request if possible.
4. Room reservation: Guests are advised to provide full name, contact number, date arrival, date departure and own estimated check-in time. Guaranteed reservation only made for full deposit paid. Guest who have made non-guarantee reservastion without comfirmation are allow to check-in by the latest hour which is 6.00 p.m. If guest fail to check-in by 6.00 p.m., Hotel has the right to sell the room based on the “first come first serve” basis, or do cancellation to the guest reservation.
5. Proof of identity: All guests (both Foreign & Malaysian) are required to provide with valid photographic proof of identity and proof of address like identity card (Mykad), passport, driving licence & valid contact number upon check-in.
6. Settlement of bills: Bills must be settled upon presentation by payment in cash only. Credit card and cheque are not accepted.

Room key lost – RM 25.00 per key
Broken drinking glass / astray – RM 5.00 per unit
Damaged or lost items are based to the items price
8. Housekeeping service: Only available from 10.00 a.m. Please drop the room key at reception desk for housekeeping service.
9. Connecting WIFI network: Guest can get the WIFI signals in the room and the WIFI pin are attach on the room door/mirror of the dressing table.
10. Lost and found: If any abandoned luggage or lost and found items are not claimed by the guest after a maximum storage period of 90 calendar days, the Hotel has the right to dispose of these items.
11. Parking: The parking lot which with the number/code are controlled by the Majlis Perbandaraya Teluk Intan (MPTI) under “Perintah Pengangkutan Jalan (Peruntukan Tempat Letak Kereta)(Majlis Daerah Hilir Perak) 1977 (Sistem Letak Kereta Berkupon)”, are required to display parking coupon at the vehicle dash board of the guest which issued by the MPTI with RM0.40 per hour, from Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am-1.00pm, excepted Sunday and Public Holiday. There is a restricted area aside with Hotel which the gate will lock and prohibited entries or exist within 12.00am-7.00am, Guest can park their vehichle at the restricted area at their own risk, Hotel not respondsible for any personal injury, loss, damage or theft to guest's vehicle equipments or contents
12. Before going out, please close all the windows, turn off all the lights and electricity applainces, running water, lock the room door for your own safety and security purpose.
13. Guest are advised to drop the room key at reception desk before leave the hotel premises. Lost key will be charged without doubt and prejudice.
14. Our liabilities are governed by Section 4 of the Innkeeper Liability Ordinance No. 16 of 1952. Guests must take good care of their own belongings. Hotel will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred. Hence, guests are not advised to leave any valuable items or monies in the room.
15. Keep silence in the hotel premises, especially after 12.00 midnight
16. No visitor are allowed in the hotel premises after 12.00 midnight.
17. Please DO NOT take away the room items as souvenirs. Otherwise, the charge will be added onto your bill. Charges Quoted as followed:

b. Bath towel – RM 40.00 per piece
c. Drinking glass – RM 5.00 per unit
d. Bath Mat – RM 15.00 per piece
e. Flask – RM 50.00 per unit
f. TV remote control – RM 100.00 per unit
g. Air-con remote control – RM 200.00 per unit
h. Clothes Hanger – RM 1.00 per piece
i. Pillow – RM30.00 per unit
j. Pillow case: RM 15.00 per piece
k. Comforter – RM 200.00 per set
l. Mattress protector – RM 100.00 per piece
m. Bedsheet – RM 60.00 per piece (Single) / RM 90.00 per piece (Queen)
18. No hanging of clothes or other articles outside the window and door is allowed
19. Strong smell fruits (e.g. Durians) / foods are not allowed in the hotel premises
20. No pets are allowed in the hotel premises due to hygine purpose.
21. The following activities are not allowed in Hotel area:
a. Cooking or any ignition in the room. Picnicking. Ball playing, frisbee throwing or other sporting activities. Riding bicycles, tricycles, scooters or other vehicles with wheels, or engage in roller skating, in-
line skating or skateboarding, or similar activities (except for wheelchairs, strollers, or otherwise
approved). e. Bird feeding. f. Playing with kites or remote-controlled flying toys. g. Gambling or any other unlawful behaviour that is against public morals
h. Unauthorized events, demonstrations or speeches and other unauthorized public gatherings. i. Unauthorized photography, filming or videotaping of any persons in wedding gowns or special
costumes. j. Photography, videotaping, recording of any kind, broadcast or transmission for commercial
purposes. k. Engaging in activities which involve hawking, loitering or er****on / installation / placement of unauthorized items. l. Engaging in any act that may impede the operation of the Hotel or any associated facility. Hotel reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Hotel, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviors, to ensure safety, security or order, or if Hotel consider that the circumstances so require. The Management reserves the right to alter or amend the above regulations without any notice. In case of any query, please contact the Reception Desk.
