Open vacancy : Maintenance supervisor

- Check daily work plan with the foreman every morning and evening update.
- Order truck and trailer parts from suppliers.
- Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value.
- Arrange and monitor PUSPAKOM inspections.
- Process and renew road tax and insurance for trucks and trailers.
- Update and maintain truck parking records.
- Assist drivers during breakdowns, including after office hours when required.
- Coordinate and resolve truck or trailer issues with drivers and relevant parties.
- Handle documentation and applications related to JPJ and APAD
- Process and follow up on vehicle insurance claims.

Location : Pulau Indah.

Plan and coordinate daily haulage schedules.
Assign jobs to drivers and monitor truck movements.
Place booking in cargomove system
Arrange container pickup and delivery with ports, depots, and customers.
Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
Coordinate with forwarding agents, and port authorities.
Ensure compliance with road transport regulations and company safety policies.
Resolve operational issues such as delays, traffic congestion, truck breakdowns, or customs-related matters.
Optimize truck utilization and route planning to improve operational efficiency.
Verify job completion and ensure all delivery documents are properly submitted.
Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Perform other operational duties assigned by management.
At least 1–2 years of experience in haulage, logistics, or transportation operations
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willing to work beyond normal office hours when operational requirements arise.
