The Tastefully Wonderfood Expo 2026 was back with a bang at Mid Valley Southkey! Returning for its second edition this year, William Event was once again entrusted with the full event setup.

For this exhibition, we delivered custom shell scheme booth setups equipped with fascia spotlighting, allowing visitors to easily identify their favourite brands from every corner of the exhibition hall. As the organisers had planned welcome speeches, exciting games, lucky draws, and a variety of interactive activities, we also installed a carpeted modular stage complete with a dedicated PA system to ably support the exhibition's agenda over a 3-day period.

One of the major highlights of the setup was our custom brand displays. From the registration counters to the main entrance and throughout the exhibition hall, these displays served as eye-catching brand touchpoints that reflected the lively and inviting atmosphere of the event.

To complete the experience, our seating arrangements provided visitors with a comfortable place to enjoy the on-stage activities or take a well-deserved break after exploring the many delicious offerings on display.

We always look forward to exhibition setups at Mid Valley Southkey, and this one was no exception. Everyone at William Event is that this went well!

William Event was honoured to be entrusted with the full event setup for the Vertiv Johor Factory Grand Opening. This project was especially meaningful to us, as it marked our second consecutive engagement with Vertivโ€”a testament to the trust built through our partnership.

For this milestone event, we delivered the essential elements of a seamless corporate function, including a platformed, air-conditioned marquee tent, coordinated seating arrangements, a modular stage and a spotlit backdrop. Every component was carefully planned to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.

To ensure uninterrupted operations throughout the event, we also provided a distro unit for safe and reliable power distribution, with a dedicated electrician on-site to promptly address any power-related concerns.

Being entrusted with back-to-back projects is always an honour, and we are sincerely to Vertiv for placing its confidence in William Event. We look forward to supporting many more successful events together.

Recently, William Event was engaged to provide the event setup for the Vertiv Asia Partner Summit 2026, held at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort. Hosted by Vertiv โ€” one of the world's leading providers of critical digital infrastructure, the event demanded a tent and modular stage setup that prioritised comfort, encouraged communication and prevented crowding.

We set out to meet these event needs through a platformed, air-conditioned marquee tent featuring transparent walls and roofing. Our chandelier and string lighting complemented the starlit evening sky, while ceiling fans enhanced ventilation within the event space.

William Event had also erected a carpeted modular stage setup that allowed organisers to give speeches and properly address the crowd. As for power solutions, the entire event was reliably powered by our generator setup.

Our sincere thanks to Vertiv for trusting us with the setup for the Asia Partner Summit 2026. We were proud of this one, for it beautifully balanced aesthetics and functionality.

Sports events always bring an electrifying atmosphere, and this was no exception! For this exciting basketball event, our team prepared a carpeted courtside seating area for fans to view their favourite teams up close. We also set up truss booths for merchandise vendors to showcase their products, while our customised brand displays transformed spaces from the main entrance to structural pillars into impactful branding touchpoints.

William Event was honoured to support the fundraiser dinner organised by Pertubuhan Pendidikan Falsafah Kung Meng. The event was held to raise funds for the organisation's new headquarters, bringing together supporters and guests for a meaningful cause.

To accommodate the large turnout, our team set up three clear-span marquee structures complete with dining arrangements and a welcoming red-carpet entrance. As evening fell, warm string lighting brought the venue to life and created a lively atmosphere for guests to connect and support the fundraising efforts.
