At first glance, this estate appears to be a classic, wide-frontage country farmhouse—standing proudly against the rolling hills of the countryside. Its crisp white siding, traditional gabled roofs, and inviting wrap-around porch give it a permanent, high-end presence. A closer look at the construction phase reveals a sophisticated modular foundation: six shipping containers masterfully unified into a single, cohesive manor.

The structure is built using six 20ft or 40ft shipping containers arranged in three distinct pairs. Two containers form the left wing, two containers form the central core, and two containers form the right wing. This "double-wide" pairing in each section eliminates the narrow feel of standard container homes, allowing for expansive, open-concept interior rooms and a grand architectural scale.

A complex, multi-gabled metal roof system stretches across all three volumes. This roof doesn’t just provide weather protection; it serves as the primary design element that disguises the modular origins of the home, incorporating elegant dormer windows that invite light into the upper attic spaces.

Base Structure: Six shipping containers arranged in three side-by-side pairs (Left, Center, and Right wings), supported by a raised stone-clad foundation.

Style: Modern Country Farmhouse / Luxury Modular Estate.

Layout Concept: A symmetrical "U-shaped" frontage with a continuous covered porch that connects all three living zones.

✨ Key Design Features

Triple-Pair Symmetrical Layout: The use of paired containers creates structural balance and allows for grand, wide-span interior living areas.

Signature Gabled Roof with Dormers: The high-pitched roofline unifies the separate containers into a traditional manor form, providing superior drainage and architectural height.

Deep Wrap-Around Veranda: An expansive wooden deck runs the length of the home, supported by timber pillars, offering protected outdoor living space.

Stone-Clad Elevated Foundation: The home is raised on a foundation finished with natural stone masonry, giving the structure a sense of permanence and "grounded" luxury.

Classic Farmhouse Finishes: The industrial steel is completely concealed by white horizontal lap siding and large, white-trimmed double-hung windows.

Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Flow: Large glass-panel entry doors and panoramic windows ensure every container module feels connected to the surrounding landscape.
