Our Story

The success of Island View Vilankulo Lodge all started with one man , Oom Duke Parker. His passion for the see and simplified life on the tropical beaches of Mozambique. You are deeply missed ...........

4x4 and boating, water sport enthusiasts. relax read, take a boat trip to the Islands, snorkel the shallow reefs and see the tropical fish and precious shells.

Visit the restaurants in town or busy local market and don’t miss the only bakery in town for some fresh “pao” bread. Enjoy a traditional R&R on the veranda while you watch the fishermen return home from the see. Braai a fresh fish on the beach, that was caught today...... Luxury campsites and spacious cottages for your complete relaxing family holiday. Cottages sleeps 8 - 10 people. the camp site accommodates only 10 stands situated on green grass under the trees ........ enjoy the huge open gardens and swimming pool.

Julio and his assistants will be your hosts. You will experience his care and kindness while your are our guests at Island View Vilankulos.
