How can you get an account of almost 100000.00 and not pay. The people working for Namwater is incompetent. We have been sending invoices since June with promises each month of payment. Half of orders not yet received. How can a government ministry expect a small owner run establishment to carry them? No one available on phones. Everybody at Namwater got paid and is on vacation!!
