🏗️ BUILDING PROGRESS AT NAUAMS!

The roofs are up — and suddenly everything is starting to feel very real! 🙌

Our new development is taking shape beautifully, and we’re getting more excited with every bit of progress. Here’s a little sneak peek at one of our new Family Mountain Cabins and our new restaurant, AvonVuur. 🔥

There’s still plenty happening behind the scenes, but we’re aiming to welcome our first guests sometime in November.

New cabins. New spaces. New experiences. Same Nauams landscape. ❤️

Today, a little shout-out to the team behind Nauams! 🙌

While we took a short break this past week, we left Nauams in the very capable hands of our staff.

Wondering why we’ve been a little quiet this week? 👀

We took some well-deserved time off, swapped Nauams for hiking boots and backpacks, and spent five unforgettable days hiking through the spectacular Fish River Canyon.

And here’s a wonderful coincidence: our hiking group number was 177—the same number officially allocated to Farm Nauams 177. It seems Nauams came along for the adventure after all!

Five days of thick sand, boulder fields, river crossings, towering canyon walls and incredible memories. What a privilege to experience another breathtaking part of the country we call home. 🇳🇦

A little creativity, a lot of craftsmanship… and of course, some fire. 🔥

We’ve been busy with another cool project at Nauams — making the tables for AvonVuur right here on the farm.

From raw timber to the finished product, everything is being built on site by our own team. And because this is AvonVuur, even the tables are getting a taste of fire before they take their place in the restaurant. 🔥🪵

There’s something special about creating a space from the ground up — not just the building, but the details that will eventually become part of the experience.

We can’t wait to welcome you around these tables, share good food, good company and plenty of stories.
