ALGOS ASSETS AND PROPERTIES LIMITED is a company registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2009, having a sister company as ALGOS SUITES AND HOTELS LIMITED. Whereas the ALGOS ASSETS & PROPERTIES LIMITED, has the objects but not limited to carry out business of property development, estate management, equipment leasing, and to provide all other associated services including
maintenance, repairs and cleaning services and to acquire lands, buildings and real estate of any description (including easements and other proprietary rights), and to hold, improve, alter, develop, let, sell or otherwise dispose of the same. ALGOS HOTELS LIMITED:
THE GENESIS: In 2001, the thought of Algos Hotels was bron, with a view of establishing a uniquely independent brand with a niche of its own in the midst of an increasingly and aggressively industry. This Hotel concept was perfected to provide the best answers to the problem of poor and inefficient service delivery to patrons of the industry. Based on this planned chain, the first Hotel – Algos Suites and Hotels Limited was built and commissioned in March, 2011. The need for expansion coupled with current cash inflow from the present hotel necessitated having a second Hotel in Gwarinpa where there is high demand of accommodation. THE PROPOSED HOTEL IN GWARINPA
The proposed hotel has a block of two buildings comprising of four flats each situated in 2500 square meters land and each flat contains 3-Bedrooms with one room boys quarters attached, well finished two parlours in each flat with special wall screeding. Spacious dining with wonderful finishing all fitted doors and specially fitted wardrobes. It has well finished kitchens with marble top and water heaters and all rooms with POP finishing; the compound thoroughly interlocked and all rooms and parlours fitted with 2HP Air-conditioners totaling 48 pieces and there is granite finishing in all work ways. All outside wall, screeded with B12 Germany Cement and some part covered with targlin and existing borehole with constant water supply, PHCN meter, and two stair cases in each building. VISION

The software “HOT2000” is designed to manage the total inflow of cash from the revenue centres and enhances the management of expenditure posting viz-a-viz General Ledger, Trial Balance and the final accounts. It also has the function of giving at a glance all revenues for a period as may be required, and modules for stock keeping. MANAGING PERFORMANCE
