a person who does not eat any food derived from animals and who typically does not use other animal products.
*What does a vegan eat?*
A vegan diet is based on plants (such as vegetables, grains, nuts and fruits) and foods made from plants. Vegans do not eat foods that come from animals, including dairy products and eggs.
*Who is a Vegetarian*
a person who does not eat meat or fish, and sometimes other animal products, especially for moral, religious, or health reasons.
*Do vegetarians eat eggs?*
Unless they are vegan (meaning they don't eat dairy products, eggs, or any other products which are derived from animals), some vegetarians do eat eggs and belong to a group known as lacto-ovo-vegetarians which according to the Vegetarian Society is the most common type of meatless diet.
