The team from PEPSA visited our facility today for a sanitary and hygiene inspection, and I’m proud to say we were rated A for the standards we maintain. They were thorough—inspecting everything from the spices in our kitchen to the drinks in our bar.

This was the first time I’ve seen the agency conduct such an on-site visit, and it was truly commendable. Their staff were polite, professional, and offered constructive recommendations on areas we could further improve. We genuinely appreciated their guidance.

Our MD also took the opportunity to encourage PEPSA to extend this level of oversight not just to established businesses, but also to smaller ones that may be contributing to environmental violations.
