Getting a personal reference is easy. Getting a reliable one is another story.

Some referees are hesitant to share details. Others may provide limited information or avoid certain questions altogether. This can make it difficult for employers to get a clear picture of a candidate’s previous experience, conduct and performance.

At Background Check International, we understand how to navigate these conversations professionally and effectively.

We go beyond simply sending reference requests. Our team follows the right process to obtain relevant, objective information that helps employers make more informed hiring decisions.

Because when it comes to hiring, the right questions can reveal what a CV cannot.
