Dear Polaris Bank Team,

Re: Corporate Account Restriction (Account #4091178456)

I’m expressing concern regarding the PND restriction on our corporate account (Skipo & Sons Global Concepts Ltd) without notification or do I say memo. As a valued customer for over 10 years (personal account) and 7 years (corporate account), I expect better service.

I visited the Admiralty branch today after my account officer’s request, but she couldn’t provide answers and directed me to BSM, who also didn’t answer till I left the bank about 12:10pm

The Yes Center’s response to my email of 5:52 pm, 28th July 2025, saying a Law Enforcement Agency, but I’d appreciate knowing the specifics.

I request clarification within 24 hours which lapse 5:52pm today
If not provided, I’ll explore legal options.
