During her session at Hotel Expo Nigeria 2026, The Wheatbaker’s F&B & Spa Manager, Salome Danjuma, spoke about Investing In The Staff You Need, with a particular message for young people building careers in hospitality.

The industry requires hard work, patience and consistency, but Salome encouraged young professionals to also look at what lies beyond the demanding moments: the experience gained, the opportunities created and the rewards that can come with staying committed to the journey.
