The Lekki Phase 1 Estate is one of the earliest government schemes on the Lekki Peninsula. Located just a couple of minutes drive from the business hub of Victoria Island and the residential splendour of Ikoyi, Lekki Phase 1 is a dream location for both businesses and residences.
ABOUT LEKKI PHASE 1
Lekki Phase 1 starts from the first roundabout and ends at the second. Contrary to what most people think, Itedo is not part of Lekki Phase 1, while all the land on the opposite side of the express in between the 1st and 2nd roundabout, including the market and Nike Art gallery and Ocean Crest school etc is also Lekki Phase 1.
The name estate is somewhat deceptive as Lekki Phase 1 is a mini-town on its own, with numerous estates within it.
With the Lagos State Government's plans of turning the Lekki area into a haven for international investors, building an airport, establishing the Lekki Free Trade Zone and building the Osbourne Link bridge etc., the influx into Lekki Phase 1 by families and businesses is bound to continue rising.
