Creating Lasting Impact, One Mother and Child at a Time. ❤️

The Rotaract Club of Makurdi Bay, in partnership with the Rotary Club of Makurdi Bay, successfully carried out a Maternal & Child Health Project, distributing birthing kits and essential baby care items to support mothers and newborns.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this project a success. Together, we are building healthier families and stronger communities.

A clearer vision. A brighter tomorrow

Yesterday the Rotaract Club of Makurdi Bay, in conjunction with the Rotary club of Makurdi Bay and Eye Savers Foundation, brought quality eye care closer to the community through Project Safe Eyes

Through Project Safe Eyes, we reached out to our community with free eye screenings, consultations, distribution of glasses and awareness
This is because everyone deserves the gift of healthy sight.

Together, we’re making a difference—one person, one family, one community at a time. 💙👁️

We intend to reach a wider society as we Embark on this Impact Rotary year journey and make lasting impacts

Love, unity, and service defined our Handing Over Fellowship yesterday at the Rotaract Club of Makurdi Bay.

Rtr. Ade Luter J officially handed over leadership to our 2026/2027 President, Rtr. TarJanet Mfena, after a successful tenure filled with dedication and impact. In his speech, he appreciated members and highlighted key challenges while encouraging the new leadership to build an even stronger club.

President Tar Janet, passionate about humanitarian service, immediately shared one of her dreams — sponsoring 3 female Rotaractors — alongside many impactful projects to come.

We were honored by the presence of distinguished Rotarians, friends, guests, and fellow Rotaractors who made the fellowship memorable.

As we begin this new Rotary year, we proudly embrace the Rotary International Theme: “Create Lasting Impact .”
