It’s heartbreaking to see what staff at Obudu Mountain Resort are going through right now. For FOUR whole months, hardworking employees have not received their salaries. These are people who show up every day, giving their best to keep the resort running, yet they are struggling to feed their families, pay rent, and survive.

How is it fair that those who contribute so much are left to suffer in silence? This is not just about salaries—it’s about dignity, respect, and basic human needs.

Authorities and management need to step in urgently and do the right thing. These workers deserve better. No one should have to beg for what they have already worked for.

Please share this and help amplify their voices. Enough is enough.

It’s truly heartbreaking and unacceptable what is happening at Obudu Mountain Resort. For a place known as one of Nigeria’s top tourist attractions, it’s shocking that staff have not been paid their salaries for over 4 months.
These are hardworking men and women who dedicate their time and energy to keeping the resort running, welcoming guests, and maintaining its beauty — yet they are being neglected and left to struggle without pay.
How are they expected to survive? How do they take care of their families under such conditions?
This situation needs urgent attention from the relevant authorities. Workers deserve dignity, fairness, and timely payment for their efforts. Silence on this issue is not an option anymore.
We call on those in charge to do the right thing and pay these workers what they are owed. Enough is enough.
