Very easy to communicate with Peter, check-in was great as he lives right next door! The boat was very cleanly. The area is very walkable and easy to navigate.

This is an incredible stay and highly recommended. The location is wonderful, close to tram stops and walkable to many locations within the city. The neighborhood is also fantastic. It was quiet and private. The space itself is very comfortable, beautifully renovated and well-maintained. Peter made check-in and check-out easy and was responsive to all of my questions. I can't recommend this stay highly enough if you're visiting Amsterdam.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt , Peter ist erreichbar aber nicht aufdringlich, die Unterkunft liegt super zentral und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt auf dem Hausboot! Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte den besonderen Amsterdam-Charme. Gerade die Lage an den Grachten war perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allem. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann die Stadt wunderbar entspannt erkunden. Auch die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und freundlich. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen 🙂

Ein rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Das Hausboot war sauber, gemütlich und wirklich eine ganz besondere Erfahrung. Peter war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Auch die Lage war perfekt – ruhig und trotzdem ideal gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a lovely stay at Peter's houseboat. It was really great to have that experience living on the canal. Or was super quiet at night but close enough to exciting areas of the city. I recommend staying on Peter's place

Peter is absolutely angelic! He met us on arrival, worked hard to facilitate our arrival and departure times, and was endlessly accommodating to our family. He held our VERY HEAVY luggage while we awaited time for check-in, and had them in the houseboat waiting for us when we returned. I can’t speak enough about how kind he was. I hope he has nothing but great things in his life. The houseboat itself was SO FUN!! It was perfectly described. As small as it was, there were distinct spaces for sleeping, eating, hanging out and cooking. The bathroom was very comfortable and GREAT water pressure. It’s walking distance to many things yet was nestled in a quiet neighborhood that was so serene. It is one of our most memorable, pleasant stays throughout the world. Highly recommend to any traveler who loves unique adventure in Amsterdam!

Peter is a very kind host, he offered to take our bags as we arrived earlier than the check in. We had the most magical stay in his beautiful boat and upon arrival were greeted with a wonderful hamper to settle in with. Can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you for making our trip so special!
