We recently started serving bread from Pain de Mer 🥖 This bread is made with pure seawater, which reduces the salt content by 40%. The seawater’s salty touch gives the flavour a deeper and more intense taste. Besides that, the bread contains only 3 ingredients, all sustainably sourced (within a maximum distance of 40 kilometres from the bakery). Definitely worth trying! 😋
