reviews can always be a sore issue.. I try to answer as much of them that I possibly get, I understand that the total general public cannot be pleased. I do find it unfair when the internet companies will only review and print what the customers experience is What are they all afraid of ?? they need also the client review response. it is surely fair that the price paid is also an issue... when it comes to a good review. I AM pleased to say that trip advisor allows us to put out our feedback. I think the review industry needs a makeover...

it has been a while since we wrote on our page..
We would like to thank Budgetplaces.com for their support during our renovation period. I found them most helpful and of course with some negative reviews during this very difficult time Loyality was appreciated.
Especially laura Stam. She was helpful.
Other internet companies .. less said.
I find their one sided reviews unbalanced.

Moving on....
we should be finished with renovations mid june , then our new chapter will begin.
Ensuite rooms with a great selling point No stairs.. all ground floor all new...
very exciting..

The work is progressing.. and hopefully we are on target. Thank you to all the guests, who have stayed during this makeover. I hope with the a la carte breakfast, and the low prices that you did enjoy your stay..
must say I have enjoyed the cooking side of breakfast again, and giving people choice... hopefully see you back when the hotel is finished..
