The boat is full of big windows so it is sunny during the day and very romantic at night with the lights and the bridge reflecting in the water. Spacious and comfortable, it has a 60m2 recently renovated living space and it is uniquely arranged with boats details, as the romantic portholes in the bedrooms. The apartment has a oak wooden floor with underfloor heat (the house has a double system, floor + central heating) to be dry and warm in any season. Wi-Fi with high speed internet is available in the whole house (in the study there is a direct cable connection). The spaces are so divided:
A white fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dish washer, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, pans) where you can cook and a dining area with a massive teak dining table for six people. A big living room where you can relax with flat TV screen and a big leather lounge sofa. A luxurious bath with double washbasin, walk in shower and provided with towels, foams and dryer. One main bedroom with a double bed (160x200) with an ergonomic mattress. One extra room with a closet, a desk to study and a sofa to have private relax. The room can also be used as a single bedroom (+50 euro per day), a double or a twin bedroom (+80 euro per day). A cozy patio garden to have some relax in the sun, enjoy a barbeque or a romantic dinner beside the canal. Have a look at the pictures to have a better idea.

A nice and quiet canal street, just at the corner of the trendy Jordaan; you’ll be right in the amazing center of Amsterdam. The neighborhood has shops, restaurants and Dutch pubs; there is also a supermarket a few steps away with organic products and fresh bread open until midnight! A parking garage at an affordable price is just 2 two minutes away. Attractions of the area in just 1 minute walking:

I will be there just to give you the key and show you the houseboat. I’ll be available by phone 24/7 (I live just 15 minutes away); in case of urgent problems, my neighbor will be happy to help you even at night. I will come once a day only for the cleanings, the change of the linens and towels and to bring you fresh food. Check in from 14:00 (earlier when possible, upon request)
