Still busy, but more structured.

Shelter, De Marktkantine, Paradiso, Melkweg — loud music inside, fireworks outside.
📌NYE dinner or cozy bar night
Jordaan or De Pijp — calmer, but expect noise on the streets after midnight.
📌Canal cruise
A more controlled way to experience the city during NYE, away from crowds.
