Located in the breathtaking countryside of Tuscany, Italy, it is only 25 miles from Florence, eight miles from Siena and a half-hour walk from Monteriggioni, a little medieval jewel. You will be captivated by the undulating hills swept with thriving vineyards, olive trees and enchanting evergreen forests. (To see this extraordinary place visit their website, www.ebbio.com)

MORE ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS: GRETCHEN AND LEAH
Gretchen Garnett has been in love with movement since a young age. She began dance lessons at age four and was introduced to yoga through her dance training. She became hooked when she moved to San Francisco and discovered Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in 2007. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Laughing Lotus in 2012 and moved to Amsterdam later that year. Her classes are challenging and fun and connect movement and breath with the flow of a dance. She encourages her students to find their own expression of the yoga practice and fosters a creative and empowering atmosphere. Leah Katz is a lover of movement, in all of its glorious forms. As a professional dancer, she discoveredyoga initially as a fantastic enhancement to her existing dance training. She has fallen more and more in love with the practice the deeper she explores. Leah teaches a creative and flowing class with a focus on safe and optimal alignment, bringing awareness to the body's infinite possibilites. Leah completed her 200 hour YogaAlliance certified Hatha and Vinyasa training through the Frog LotusYoga school.
