Beste vrienden van Marbles Inn,

De afgelopen 2 jaar waren erg zwaar voor ons allemaal als gevolg van de pandemie en de daarbij horende restricties.

Ik ben gedurende deze hele periode stil geweest. Geen promoties, updates, niets. Ik heb dit bewust gedaan omdat ik het ongepast vond om Marbles Inn en Amsterdam te promoten gedurende een pandemie en voor iedereen zware lockdowns.

Gelukkig lijkt het erop dat er eindelijk licht aan het einde van de tunnel is! De regering maakte gisteren bekend dat de lockdown (grotendeels) voorbij is. Winkels, café’s, restaurants, musea, theaters etc. zijn weer open. Wellicht is dit een goed moment om na te denken over een bezoekje aan Marbles Inn!

En als je een reservering boekt met een verblijfsdatum voor eind maart krijg je extra korting!

Iedereen is welkom bij Marbles Inn. Voor ieders veiligheid is het echter verplicht (in lijn met de huidige overheidsregels) dat je bent gevaccineerd, negatief getest, of minder dan 6 maanden geleden hersteld van Covid (3G).

Aarzel niet om contact met me op te nemen als je geïnteresseerd bent in een verblijf bij Marbles Inn, of als je vragen hebt.

Dear friends of Marbles Inn,

The last 2 years were very tough for all of us due to the pandemic and the restrictions.

I have been very quiet this whole period. No promotions, no updates, nothing. I did so because it felt inappropriate to promote Marbles Inn and Amsterdam in a period of a pandemic and for everyone tough lockdowns.

Luckely it looks like there is finally light at the end of the tunnel! The Dutch government announced yesterday that the lockdown is (mostly) over. Shops, bars, restaurants, museums, theaters etc. are open again. So this might be a good moment to think about visiting Marbles Inn!

And when you book for a date till the end of March there will be an extra discount for you!

Everybody is welcome at Marbles Inn. However, for the safety of us all it is mandatory (in line with current government regulations) that you are vaccinated, tested negative, or less than 6 months ago recovered from Covid (Covid pass/QR code).

Please don’t hesitate to contact me when you are interested in a stay at Marbles Inn, or when you have any questions.

A new beach will open in a few weeks in Amsterdam. And it is on walking distance from Marbles Inn! The video is in Dutch but it gives a good idea about this great project.

A tulip for every citizen of Amsterdam. The city will look great with 850.000 tulips don't you think? Come to check it out! :)

Wist je dat je ook voor één nacht kan boeken bij Marbles Inn? Het is niet mogelijk online te reserveren voor één nacht, maar bel of mail me of stuur me een persoonlijk berichtje, en dan bekijk ik meteen de mogelijkheden.

En trouwens, normaal wordt er een opslag berekend op de prijs voor één nacht, maar dat geldt niet voor JOU als je NU boekt! ☺

Did you know that you also can book for one night at Marbles Inn? It is not possible to make a reservation online for one night, but just call, email me or send a private message, and I can check the availability.

And by the way... Normally there is an extra fee on a price for one night, but this doesn’t count for YOU when you book NOW! 😊
