Right at the entrance of the Vondelpark close to the main museums. This stylish little garden-house offers a unique opportunity to stay at the heart of Amsterdam. The house is situated in Oud-West , a lively neighbourhood with many res

taurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. (streets like Overtoom, j.P. Heijestraat and Kinkerstraat). The closest street market is Ten Katemarkt and closeby you’ll also find De Hallen; A former tram depot transformed into a food court, movie centre and design area. http://dehallen-amsterdam.nl/en/
From the house it’s a 10 minutes walk to the city centre (or take the tram) and only a few steps to the Vondelpark. http://www.amsterdam.info/parks/vondelpark/
A small walk through the park will get you to the Museum Quarter. Here you’ll find Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum en Stedelijk Museum. As well as the famous Concertgebouw concert-hall all located around Museumplein. https://museumquarter.com

The one bedroom apartment is situated in a corner of our garden. It has it’s own entrance from a side street called Kattenlaan and a private terrace for you to enjoy. It’s is fully furnished with a double bed, bed side cabinets, a small closet and a table with two chairs and a big sliding door towards your part of the garden. There is a small bathroom and kitchenette hidden behind a panel wall. The bathroom has a shower with a small wash basin and toilet. The kitchen contains a sink, fridge, a microwave, nespresso-machine and a water heater. Fresh linen and towels are provided for your arrival. The house is a non smoking house. It’s a little green oasis in the middle of the busy city. Be aware that it’s surrounded by apartments and a lively (walking) street from main street Overtoom to the park. People live and work here so you should keep quiet after 11 O’ clock or otherwise dive into the Amsterdam night live. The nearest tram stop is opposite street and brings you either to Amsterdam Central Station or Lelylaan Station. Both train stations provide regular connections to Schiphol airport. (15 minutes drive)
