One last round, .amsterdam.

From Taco Tuesdays that brought a little extra spice to Amsterdam, to bottomless brunches that turned weekends into occasions, Burger Mondays that softened the blow of Sunday night decisions, and countless memorable dinners shared around the table.

Over the years, Celia welcomed familiar faces, curious travelers, four-legged regulars, and plenty of stories worth telling. We launched new menus, teamed up with food lover , added a dash of romance with from First Dates behind the cocktail shaker, and created many moments we won’t soon forget.

To everyone who joined us for a bite, a margarita, a celebration, or simply because the dog wanted to stop by: thank you. And a special thank you to the Celia team, the real secret ingredient behind it all.
