The Dylan’s Playbill of May 🎭

Our F&B team and Chef Jurgen van der Zalm travelled to Zeeland to visit one of our oyster farmers, getting closer to the products and people behind what we serve. Back at the hotel, Marco kept everything shining, as always with a smile.

The first Aperols of the season appeared on the terrace, our salon boat welcomed guests onto the canals, and Restaurant Vinkeles captured its latest amuses during a new photoshoot.

The Dylan’s Playbill of April 🎭
April arrived in full bloom. Tulips found their way into every corner, and the terrace reopened to longer, lighter days. Our pâtissier Sacha added a touch of sweetness with macaron making, while Easter gently made its way into the house. Meanwhile, a new chapter began as our gym was completed, ready to welcome its first moments of movement along the canals.
