ACS was honoured to be the AV and Presentation Management system supplier to the 23rd IAGG World Congress of Gerontology and Geriatrics—organized by the Dutch professional event agency Congress Care, in the RAI Amsterdam

As well as setting up the AV throughout the congress, ACS's skilled technicians were available to support all the speakers onsite in the Speaker Lounge. Helping them make last minute changes to their presentations, or just get to know the user-friendly presentation system on the demo lecterns - before stepping onstage. Our technicians also worked behind the scenes to make sure that every presentation appeared on the right screen, at the right time. Helping speakers deliver polished and professional presentations.

We are delighted to deliver the AV and our Presentation Management system at the FENS Forum 2026 this week at Fira Barcelona Gran Vía

ACS ensures the smooth running of all the presentations throughout the congress with its Presentation Management system and is taking care of all the audio-visual (AV) requirements in the plenary and session rooms, and the AV setup in all other rooms.

On June 1st we once again had the pleasure of supporting the Diversity Dinner from Global People at the beautiful Spoorwegmuseum.

As in previous years, our team was entrusted with the complete audio-visual production for this special event. In addition to providing sound, lighting and presentation support for the plenary dinner and the job market, we also created detailed venue layout drawings to ensure the perfect room setup and a smooth experience for both the organisers, external caterer, and guests.

It is always a privilege to contribute to an event that brings together people from diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences, whereby meaningful conversations and connections are stimulated.

We would like to thank Global People for their continued trust and collaboration. We are proud to be part of this event year after year and look forward to supporting future editions.

Earlier this month, horticulture and agritech technology professionals gathered from around the globe in the RAI Amsterdam at GreenTech Amsterdam 2026.

ACS was asked by RAI Exhibitions to provide the Presentation Management and Room Information Displays (via our PM system), and audio-visual solutions for their theatres. We also made presentation recordings in two of the theatres using remote cameras.

Congratulations to the organisers who welcomed more than 12,000 attendees from over 119 countries.

It is always a pleasure to work with European Hematology Association (EHA) on their annual congress, held this year in Stockholm. We were proud to contribute to the success of the congress by delivering a wide range of AV solutions, including sound, lighting, and projection for the Nobel Hall, round stage, tribune, a 4-camera setup for the Debate Session room, and AV support in the session rooms, meeting rooms and EHA back office.

Thank you to Interplan for your continued trust, to mevents and Adapt - Your Partner in Event & Exhibition Production for the great teamwork throughout the event. And a big thanks to the venue team at Stockholmsmässan - your quick and efficient support was invaluable.

ACS was honoured to create a congress environment where almost 5k participants from over 120 countries attended the European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care congress. This community came together to share knowledge, stimulate new ideas and celebrate scientific excellence in the fields of general anaesthesia, intensive care, pain management, emergency medicine, and perioperative medicine.

It was a pleasure to work in collaboration with Stand2Gether who constructed the plenary room, while ACS provided audio, visual and video projection solutions throughout the Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre (RACC).

🌟 ACS is proud to provide our audio-visual services and expertise to the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL - The Home of Hepatology) for their annual congress 2026, which took place in Barcelona from 27-30 May.

🔬 The EASL Congress is Europe’s largest event dedicated to liver health, bringing together doctors, scientists, allied health professionals, patients, and industry partners to share knowledge, highlight breakthroughs, and build meaningful connections. During the four day assembly, 8,500 participants engaged in a comprehensive scientific programme that spans the full spectrum of hepatology, featuring a variety of session formats designed to suit different interests and professional needs.

🎧 ACS provided not only the construction and AV for the plenary room, but also the AV for the 6 session rooms, 1 workshop room, 3 meet the expert rooms and 1 studio.

🎉 It was a pleasure to contribute to this successful EASL Congress 2026! We look forward to the 2027 edition in London!
