We’re back with an exciting update! It’s a bit later than anticipated, but this time it’s really happening: the second round of V-talks, in collaboration with Lowfood, at The Lobby Fizeaustraat on September 24th. 🗣️💭
This time, we’re sitting down with Samuel Levie — a man with a huge passion for sausages. Making them wasn’t enough for him, so he embarked on a writing journey that led to his next book release. Whether he’s crafting new sausage combinations at Brandt & Levie, brainstorming fresh ideas for Food Cabinet and the Slow Food Youth Network, or writing a book, it’s clear that Samuel doesn’t like to sit still.
We’ll be diving into his latest release, “Worstelingen”, where he questions his role as a sausage maker in today’s meat consumption landscape. If you’re curious about contributing more sustainably as a meat lover, Samuel will be sharing some valuable tips!
