Shhh…hear that? Ducks, picking a fight. a swan family, elegantly hitting the water. Vaguely, you hear the westerkerk church bells chime. Slowly but surely, the Lindengracht comes alive. Who would have guessed you are in the middle of the Jordaan. Mmm, the smell of coffee. Sink back into the soft, thick duvet. Linger a little longer. Love the Luscious. After all, there is still plenty of time to gear up for the urban wilderness around the corner. To check out the romantic, narrow Jordaan streets and boutiques, or to stroll the Linden market. No need to hurry: this feast of wonderful colors and enchanting smells has been here for over a century. But first, pick up a soft cushion and sit outside. Indulge in a creamy coffee. See where that blackbird is hiding. Love the luscious. Linden.
