Our One Free offer is back! Book two nights, and we’ll throw in the third, no catch, no gimmicks, just an extra morning where the sheets hit different and doomscrolling suddenly feels like self-care.

Here’s the deal in plain English:
Stay 2 nights, pick at least 3 in the calendar, and the last one’s on us!

This Medium Twin is just like our Medium room, only this one’s got twin mattresses.
Because sharing one mattress can be a bit too cosy when spending the night with your uncle, your best friend after a few IPAs, your coworker, yoga teacher, podcast co-host, that friend who talks in their sleep or even that guy who always says “let’s split the bill evenly.”

You walk in, there's a bed, a spot to change, and a safe that’s seen things you couldn't even begin to imagine. Bathroom's down the hall, five cabins, one dream. It's simple, it's clean, and it's quiet enough if nobody snores. It's not the Ritz, but it's got character.

Lost & Found is a room built with objects thrown out on the streets of Amsterdam. Found objects, reworked into furniture that feels at home again. You'll be amazed by what people throw out.

One holiday out, another creeping in. For autumn break, our L Rooms give you space to stretch—25–29m2, four beds (one hanging from the ceiling, because why not). Enough room for the whole family, your friends, or that jazz trio you met down in Werkplaats.

Book now via the link in our bio and get that autumn break sorted.

Imagine cycling the whole Tour de France, only to find every hot tub taken.

Badplaats on a Sunday, high above one of Amsterdam’s busiest streets, with steamy tubs, a bar, a sauna, and a bucket of cold water to tip over your head. That and a view that is wide enough to forget you’re soaking above unfiltered city air.

October is closer than you think, which means ADE. And ADE means the whole building starts buzzing. Doka celebrates five years of Doka Studio with United Identities, Sound Metaphors, Ciranda, One Eye Witness, Likeminded x Tale of Bus and our own D.E.L.S. Canvas runs the nights high above the lights, Werkplaats gets tangled in yarn and sound with Knits & Notes and a Sunday vinyl market. To circle it up, our residents soundtrack the lobby from day to night.

All that, and you don’t even have to worry about the trip home.

For Pride Week, Lucas Braak ( ) painted our front windows with a series that celebrates bodies in all their softness, wildness, and everything in between. The project is part of a growing collection that also lives as risographs, ceramics and paintings. Some figures are playful, others a bit awkward, but always with warmth, and always with the space to just be.

Lucas is a q***r multidisciplinary artist from Amsterdam. Their work moves between soft and bold, with themes like bodies, love, gender and sexuality at its core.

Always curious, and sometimes a little cheeky, Lucas makes art that opens things up. Whether it’s a feeling, a question, or a moment of recognition.

Pride Week is officially on. The upcycled flag is flying, our windows got a bold new look, and even the lobby chalkboard’s dressed for the occasion.
From now 'til the 3rd, the building’s buzzing with dancing, detoxing, and a gym that’s more about feeling good than looking good.
