Autumn has arrived, bringing a new take on our Afternoon Tea, inspired by Sisters Janssen. Refined Dutch flavours and seasonal creations, with Amsterdam in miniature: a canal house crafted from Caramélia chocolate.

The sofa Sisters Janssen designed for De L’Europe, recreated by our pastry chefs as an edible miniature. Vanilla cheesecake with pumpkin-spiced custard and Swiss biscuit.

A crisp cèpes tartelette with pine syrup, toffee and Caramélia chocolate. Alongside vanilla scones with whipped vanilla crème anglaise, seasonal fruit compote and De L’Europe raspberry hagelslag.

Pear, vanilla, cinnamon and ginger. Our pear lolly, inspired by Sisters Janssen’s Lollipop design.

A Dutch classic with a refined twist: a traditional stroopwafel topped with caviar.
