At De L'Europe, we continuously explore how art can be experienced beyond the visual.

During a special evening at the , our two-Michelin-starred .flore brought this idea to life - translating colour into a multi-sensory dining experience, inspired by 'Yellow. Beyond Van Gogh’s Colour'.

“The colour yellow has a profound influence on how we experience food. For the Yellow House Circle dinner, we applied the light of this colour in an artistic way. During the fully plant-based dinner, the yellow light gradually shifted, allowing the perception of each dish on the plate to transform five to ten times. In this way, colour became an essential part of the taste experience.”

A pre-premiere moment, straight out of a fashion scene.

Yesterday, De L’Europe hosted an exclusive pre-premiere event, within our creative wing ‘t Huys, for the highly anticipated sequel of The Devil Wears Prada 👠. In collaboration with the evening was designed as an immersive, fashion-led experience ahead of the official premiere at the iconic Tuschinski Theatre.

Created in close partnership with , , and , the event united leading voices from the fashion and creative industries across two curated suites: an intimate AFW experience conceived by Danie , and the ‘In ’t Huys’ photo studio led by Linda, capturing Amsterdam’s most stylish portraits.

A reminder that ‘t Huys is more than a place to stay - it’s a place to create.
