👋 Meet Frans!

Frans joined the Flexotels team at the beginning of this year. He has now completed his first event season – a great introduction to the dynamic world of events and temporary accommodation.

From setup to dismantling and everything in between, Frans has been actively involved throughout the season and gained plenty of hands-on experience with Flexotels. 💪

But who is Frans outside of Flexotels? In his free time, he enjoys football, making music and cooking. ⚽🎶🍳

Meet Frederique! 👋

Our newest addition to the team and our intern! 🎉

Frederique is studying International Business at De Rooi Pannen in Tilburg. Why did she choose Flexotels? Simple: the festival industry! 🎶

In her free time, Frederique enjoys playing hockey 🏑, spending time with her friends and working in a restaurant at Lots in Helvoirt.

Welcome to the team, Frederique! 😎

Meet Stephanie 👋

Almost 10 years with Flexotels and still a true rock within the team. An essential link between preparation and ex*****on, making sure everything comes together when it matters most.

Hobbies: With two daughters and her work at Flexotels, Stephanie finds her moment of peace on the yoga mat. She also has a passion for travelling and good food. ✈️🧘‍♀️🍴

Last month, we successfully wrapped up a world-class sporting event: the FEI World Championships Aachen 2026 🏆

For 13 days, Aachen was all about top-level equestrian sport, horses and an international audience.

For this exceptional event, Flexotels provided a comfortable and practical accommodation solution for the grooms. A place to rest after a long day, recharge and be ready for the next day of competition.

Because behind every world-class performance, comfort matters too.

World-class event. Complete comfort. Flexotels.

A great project, an incredible location and a fantastic event to be part of.
