Health, sustainable practices and relief are of our utmost importance and we are always securing highest standards being provided.
Yesterday an unfortunate incident has occured and two of our guests are suffering from food poisining. We are taking this matter really seriously and concluded in an internal Team Meeting yesterday evening to go further with a few changes, that directly came into effect from today onwards:
- We have changed our caterer for the next days to figure out the reason behind the food poisining.
- As honey has no expiry date and all of our dishes are based upon it, this will have no major impact upon our own sourced honey.
We like to be fully resilient with you as our guests.
It was of foremost importance, that our guests won't notice any change with the menu, therefore we took immediate action upon this.
Nevertheless as we appreciate positive reviews and remarks, we also strive for constant improvement and apologize sincerely for this inconvenience.
