Since our last update can finally close the chapter of the food poisoning incident. The cause of the incident has been found!
As many of you know we have a new menu, and in addition we got another supplier for our new products. However we found out that the standard regime our regular transport organisation has for our older products does not work with the new ones. The new products are more sensitive to influences from outside.
This means we have enlightened our transport organisation to ensure our new products get the treatment they require on their way to our hotel.

The company AQS (Agro Quality Support) is doing an inspection at the moment. We will post the results as soon as possible.

We are shocked and displeased to hear that 2 guests became ill due to food poisoning during their stay at our hotel. First of all, the welfare of our guests is of course our highest priority, thus we will contact them privately and compensate any potential costs. It is unfortunate to hear something like this still happened, even though we invested in safety measures for our guests. To prevent this from happening again, we will make sure to get to the bottom of this problem.

To make clear what measures we exactly want to apply, we created an infographic with a step by step process.
