Dear Sanus family,

We want to inform you that we just had a big staff meeting with all of our staff members. During this meeting we introduced our staff with our renewed concept. Because we feel like we are close to our guests we would like to share this with you too.

The new concept consists of these 5 main guidelines:
1. The guest is king and your colleague should be treated as a guest as well
2. Safety and hygiene are our top priority at all times
3. Service with a smile
4. Everybody is equal and should be treated in this manner
5. Always keep sustainability in mind

Dear Sanus family,

We heard the unfortunate news that two of our guests were stricken by food poisoning. We do not take this lightly at all, and we will take immediate action to prevent anything like this from happening in the future.

We will reimburse the hotel stay and medical bills of the guests who were affected by this matter and offer them a completely free full-weekend stay in a weekend of their choosing, to recover and heal from this horrible incident. Also, we found the source of the problem but just to be sure, we are replacing all the food that we serve in our hotel by new, fresh products. We are talking to our local suppliers, and ensuring extra food checks for each delivery in the future.

We apologize to everyone involved and if there are any questions you can always contact us via one of our social channels.
