It's that time of year again. The ASML Marathon Eindhoven is taking over the city and things are about to get seriously energetic.
With more than 38,000 runners and over 200,000 spectators, this isn't just a marathon. It's Eindhoven going full speed for an entire weekend.

From the starting line to the finish on Vestdijk, the whole city comes together around sport, connection and innovation. And honestly? We love to see it.

This year, the marathon is once again supporting KWF Kankerbestrijding, giving runners the opportunity to raise money for cancer research and contribute to a better life for people affected by cancer.

So whether you're running, cheering, volunteering or simply soaking up the atmosphere: Eindhoven is moving. Are you? 👀

The Lichtjesroute is back and Eindhoven is about to light up. 💡

From 18 September to 11 October, more than 22 kilometres of twinkling lights take you through the city.

And it all started with a little bit of history.
On 18 September 1944, Eindhoven was liberated. People welcomed the American and British soldiers by putting lights behind their windows. That little gesture grew into the Lichtjesroute we know today.

Fast forward to now: 22 km of lights, plenty of stops to make and absolutely no entry fee.

So grab your favourite person, hop on a bike, get in the car and go explore Eindhoven after dark.

And when you’ve seen enough lights?
