The apartment is in the Schildersbuurt, near the city centre (5 minutes by bike), and it's a 15 minutes ride by bike to Zernike. The Noorderplantsoen (city centre main park) is a 5 minute walk, as is the nearest supermarket. The apartment is part of a municipal pro

tected architectonial area, because of the typical houses from the ' 30s. I know the apartment very well, because I lived there myself as a student with a roommate. We rebuilded the apartment and now it's suitable for a couple to live in. The price is all included (furnish, fully equiped kitchen, kitchen utensils, energy, gas, water, internet, sheets, towels, etc).
