Droomhuis Rancho Alto (399.000 euro)
Heeft u altijd al eens gedroomd van een (vakantie)huis in Spanje? Of wilt u simpelweg investeren en verhuren? Dan is dit uw kans! Het huis is gelegen in het plaatsje Coin in de provincie Malaga.De afstand van het huis naar het centrum is met de auto een kleine afstand van om en nabij 5 minuten rijden. Ook is het huis te huur totdat het verkocht wordt, u betaald in de maanden juni t/m september €1800,- per week en in de overige maanden €1200,- per week.
De Villa
Binnenshuis:
In het huis bevinden zich 3 slaapkamers, 1 woonkamer/zitruimte, 2 badkamers met toilet, 1 toilet (zonder bad/douche) 1 keuken.
Buitenshuis:
Buiten het huis heeft de villa meerdere zitruimtes, waaronder een terras met een adembenemend uitzicht. Ook heeft het huis een zwembad met daaromheen ruimte om te zonnen, met aangrenzend een jeu de boules baan. Tevens beschikt het huis over een (klein) barbecue huisje.
Verder kan ik nog wel even doorgaan, maar ik vind dat foto's meer spreken dan woorden. Ik raad u aan om de foto's gewoonweg maar eens te bekijken.

Have you always dreamt of an (vacation)house in Spain? Or do you simply want to invest and rent it out? Than this is your opportunity! The location of the house is in the village of Coin in the province of Malaga. The distance to the centre is only a five minute drive.
Until the house is sold, it is also available for rent. The prices from June to September are €1800,- a week and €1200,- a week in the weeks that remain.
The villa
Inside:
The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 livingroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet(without bath/shower), 1 kitchen.
Outside:
The villa has a lot of area’s to relax, including a terrace with a breathtaking view. Also it features a beautifull swimming pool, surrounded by chairs to relax on and enjoy the sun. Beside the swimming pool there is a spot to play jeu de boules. And if that isn’t enought, it also has a little barbecue house.
There is a lot more to tell about the house, but I believe that pictures can tell a lot more than words. So my advise is to just take a look at the beautifull pictures.
