Geachte mevrouw v. M.

Sinds vorig jaar heeft u vier keer een reservering bij ons gemaakt, maar helaas bent u bij geen enkele reservering komen opdagen. We hebben u meerdere keren telefonisch en per e-mail benaderd met de vraag om geen reserveringen meer te maken zonder gehoor en vanavond was het weer zover. U maakt vandaag opnieuw een reservering en vervolgens komt u niet.

Wij zouden graag in gesprek gaan om te begrijpen waarom u blijft reserveren zonder daadwerkelijk te verschijnen. Dit gedrag roept bij ons vragen op, en we zijn benieuwd of andere restaurants vergelijkbare ervaringen met u hebben.

Als u of iemand die u kent meer informatie kan geven, zouden we dat zeer op prijs stellen.
