Autumn arrives at L'Auberge and with it a new Terroir Autumn dinner seriesn.

For these special evenings we welcome Reinier Hoon, owner of Goutte, a regenerative farm where the care starts in the soil. Over an aperitif and three courses, he shares the thinking behind his farm and the produce that reaches the plate, each course paired with w**e.
