🇩🇪 Frisch geliefert: 1.300 Tonnen in Sassnitz, Deutschland 🚢

Insgesamt 1.300 Tonnen Stahlpfähle mit einem Durchmesser von jeweils 1.420 mm, einer Länge von bis zu 29,70 m und einer Dicke von 16 mm sind in Sassnitz eingetroffen und stehen unserem Kunden zur Verfügung. Die Stahlpfähle sind mit geschweißten Kreuzen, Ringen und Spundwandschlösser ausgestattet.

A total of 1.300 tons of steel piles, each with a diameter of 1.420 mm, a length of up to 29,70 m and a thickness of 16 mm, have arrived in Sassnitz and are ready for use by our customer. The steel piles are fitted with welded crosses, rings, and sheet pile interlocks.

🇩🇪 | Modulares Aussteifungssystem mit VL 603 Spundbohlen, S1000-Druckstreben und B300-Aussteifungen in Wolfsburg, Deutschland 🚧🧑🏼‍🚒

Zur Stabilisierung der Baugrube beim Bau der neuen Berufsfeuerwehr in Wolfsburg stellte InfraRentals ein modulares Aussteifungssystem bereit. Das Projekt umfasst zwei Baugruben.

Zur Sicherung der Baustelle und Gewährleistung der Stabilität lieferten wir VL 603 Spundbohlen mit einer Länge von 6,50 Metern, kombiniert mit dem InfraRentals-Aussteifungssystem. Dieses System war mit S1000-Druckstreben und B300-Aussteifungen ausgestattet und bildete eine zuverlässige und stabile Stützkonstruktion für die tiefen und breiten Baugruben, bei gleichzeitig hoher Flexibilität und Effizienz während der Montage.

Dieses Projekt hebt die Effizienz und Zuverlässigkeit unserer modularen Aussteifungssysteme hervor.

🇬🇧 | Modular bracing solution with VL 603 sheet piles, S1000 struts and B300 bracing in Wolfsburg, Germany 🚧🧑🏼‍🚒

For the stabilization of the excavation pit in the construction of the new professional fire brigade facilities in Wolfsburg, InfraRentals provided a modular bracing solution. The project involves two pits.

To secure the site and ensure stability, we supplied VL 603 sheet piles with a length of 6,50 meters, combined with the InfraRentals Bracing System. This system was equipped with S1000 struts and B300 Braces, creating a reliable and solid support structure for the deep and wide pits while offering flexibility and efficiency during installation.

This project highlights the efficiency and dependability of our modular bracing systems.

🇩🇪 | Aussteifungslösung mit B400-Profilen und Streben in Berlin

Für den Bau eines privaten Wohnhauses im Herzen von Berlin lieferte InfraRentals eine komplette Aussteifungslösung für eine Baugrube, in der ein Keller realisiert wird.

Zur Stabilisierung der Baustelle wurde das InfraRentals Aussteifungssystem eingesetzt, ausgestattet mit B400-Aussteifungen. Zusätzlich wurde das System mit S2000- und S1000-Streben verstärkt, die die notwendige Stärke und Flexibilität bieten, um die tiefe Baugrube sicher abzusichern.

Mit dieser Lösung konnte das Projekt unter den gegebenen Baustellenbedingungen reibungslos und sicher fortgesetzt werden.

🇬🇧 | Bracing solution with B400 profiles and struts in Berlin

For the construction of a private residence in the heart of Berlin, InfraRentals delivered a complete bracing solution for an excavation pit where a basement is realized.

To stabilize the site, we applied the InfraRentals Bracing System, equipped with B400 Braces. In addition, the system was reinforced with S2000 and S1000 Struts, providing the necessary strength and flexibility to safely secure the deep excavation.

With this solution, the project could progress smoothly and safely under site conditions.

Our client is constructing bridges on behalf of Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, Niederlassung Ost, using 640 tons of VL603a sheet piles and rented bracing supplied by InfraRentals. These bridges are part of the A14 highway project, which crosses the CE railway lines of Deutsche Bahn.

🇩🇪 | 1.779 Tonnen Stahlrohre mit Schlössern geliefert und mit unseren Mietgeräten in Hamburg installiert

Für das Projekt in Hamburg Neumühlen lieferte InfraRentals den PVE 110M Rammvibrator aus dem eigenen Mietpark, angetrieben von einem 1000PP Aggregat und ausgestattet mit einem 2×150TC-Doppelklemmzangensystem. Diese Geräteeinheit erwies sich als ideal für die Baustelle von Depenbrock.

Die Installation erfolgte vom Wasser aus, mithilfe eines Pontons und eines LR 1200 Raupenkranes als Trägergerät für den 110M. Die zwei ca. 22 Tonnen schweren Anschlussbohlen - bestehend aus je zwei HEB-1000-Trägern und je zwei 20mm Stahlblechen – wurden in eine Tiefe von etwa 15m in den Boden einvibriert.

Zur Herstellung einer stabilen und langlebigen Gründung lieferte InfraRentals insgesamt 1.779 Tonnen Stahlrohre mit Schlössern, in Längen von 17,25 bis 34,50 Metern und in der Stahlsorte S420MH. Um den technischen Anforderungen des Projekts gerecht zu werden, wurden die Rohre mit anschweißbaren Verriegelungen, Stahlringen und einen Meter hohen Stahlkreuzen ausgestattet.

🇬🇧 | 1.779 tons of steel tube piles with locks delivered and installed with our rental machines in Hamburg

For the project in Hamburg Neumühlen, InfraRentals supplied the PVE 110M vibratory hammer from its own rental fleet. It was powered by a 1000PP power pack and equipped with a 2×150TC double clamp system. This equipment unit proved to be an ideal match for the job site operated by Depenbrock.

Installation was carried out from the water side using a pontoon and an LR 1200 crawler crane as the carrier machine for the 110M. The two connection sheets, each weighing around 22 tons and consisting of two HEB-1000 beams and two 20 mm steel plates, were vibrated into the ground to a depth of approximately 15 meters.

To create a stable and long-lasting foundation, InfraRentals also delivered a total of 1.779 tons of steel pipes with locks, ranging in length from 17,25 to 34,50 meters and in steel grade S420MH. To meet the technical requirements of the project, the pipes were fitted with weldable interlocks, steel rings, and one-meter-high steel crosses.
