Olismoke! is a private art space specialized in art and design and as of april 2015 we have an amazing Art-B&B Caution: Smoking is Allowed!

The Space

This is one of the strangest houses in town, it is triangular, built in 1911 and 5 stories high. You can rent the room on the mezzanine and use the bottom floor for gatherings and parties. You can invite a lot of people (24+) in the ground floor and mezzanine, you can organize dinners for more than 16 people, we will provide the necessary help for such events. (starting at €100)
We run

a contemporary art and design business so visually the place is quite unique. Guest Access

The kitchen and shower are shared with us and we will have to use the bottom floors to get out of the house. There is a little back yard with a bbq. And the room has a nice balcony. Bikes can be parked in the back-yard or inside if they are really expensive. Interaction with Guests

We will be there when you arrive, and if you want we will tell you about the city and current events. Sometimes we invite people to see the spectacular view from our roof terrace. We both live on the 4th and 5th floor so you won't hear us. The Neighborhood

This is one of the most Multi-Culti areas of the Netherlands, you can buy food from all over the world within a kilometer. There is an enjoyable park with water at a minutes walk. Coffee and ci******es at less than 30 second walk
ATM around the corner. Oh and don't forget; It ia a city and sometimes there may be sounds on the street at night. Getting Around

We have several trams at 30 seconds walk in the main street and a bus stop at a minutes walk. The train station and city centre is 10 minutes by tram or 20 minutes walk. Other Things to Note

Well I have to be honest we are smokers, so the place is more suitable for smokers. The whole place is made of chipwood (osb), so our guest should be chipwood-tolerant. Oh, btw, we have a dazzling toilet designed by a famous dutch designer. We can occasionally accommodate 2/3 more people with mattresses on the floor. We have a special Guest Parking app so you can park your car in the street for a reduced price of max. €3/day
