Our management team has found the cause of the food ocurrence. We have decided that for the guests that got involved a compensation will be made with a coupon for a 2-day all inclusive stay, these 2 days can be on friday, saturday or sunday. We hope you will enjoy our hotel the rest of your stay and we hope this ocurrence did not ruin your experience.
