The table is set. Each detail waits with quiet intention.

In our restaurant at Hotel Des Indes, dining is composed with care. Refined French-inspired cuisine, thoughtful wine pairings, and attentive service. It is a setting designed for evenings that unfold at their own pace.

They arrived as a guests and left as part of our story.

Throughout the decades, women of influence have found their way to Hotel Des Indes. From performers to thinkers and cultural pioneers. Their presence echoes in the salons, lingers in the corridors, and remains woven into our heritage.

History here is not only preserved in architecture, but in the lives that passed through it.
