Swan Short Stay We aim to present you with a place to feel comfortable and at home. All apartments are fully equipped and based on all-in rental with flexible rental periods.

Furthermore, we are offering weekly bedlinen and weekly property cleaning. We mediate on behalf of various owners of 'all-in' rental properties. Also, we do daily management. The accommodations are modern furnished, and upholstered. They also have a television, washing machine, dryer, and microwave. Kitchenware, beds, bed linen and towels are also provided. The all-in rental price includes gas, wa

ter, electricity, television, and internet as standard. We only work with fixed-term rental agreements intended for short periods.

In the spring of 2015, we started renting out properties in Tilburg, and we discovered that there was a high demand for furnished rent.

Our offer now consists of more than 70 fully equipped homes. Flexibility is our top priority. We offer apartments for both short (short stay) and long (long stay) rental periods.
