A long history, in short

The Westerkerk has always been a place where Utrecht comes together. Now, it’s also where you’ll find BUNK. This monumental building is now home to 150 guests, 45 rooms, 60 private pods, twelve communal dinner tables and one teddy bear. So come to Utrecht, where we have cookies, and company.

Our restaurant is the perfect place to hang out, all day long. After breakfast, pop open your laptop or meet for a nice lunch. Once the sun sets, there are always cultural events to enjoy, organised through our Liberales Foundation and artist-in-residence programme.

Our affordable menu is full of local dishes and ingredients. While you’re here, check out one of our other communal spaces, designed for spontaneous socialising and laid-back fun. With who? Friends, travellers, local Utrechters. If Mr. Sandman stops by, you can always book a room to take a load off.
