Receptionist (weekends)
We’re looking for a new colleague for our reception team for weekend shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays.
The check-out shift runs from 9:00 AM to around 3:00 PM. With your natural sense of hospitality, you’ll be the last friendly face our guests see. You’ll ask about their stay, share tips for the city if they have time left to explore, and make sure they leave with a smile. You’ll also answer emails, handle phone calls, and process new bookings. When housekeeping has a busy day, you’re happy to jump in and help where needed.
The check-in shift runs from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. You’ll welcome guests and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive. You ensure all details are correctly entered in the system, share your favorite local tips, and make sure both new and staying guests have everything they need. You’re comfortable connecting with people from all over the world and speak English fluently. During your shift, you’ll also manage emails, answer calls and keep both the reception and the hostel running smoothly.
Housekeeping (weekends)
Do you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and understand how important a clean, welcoming hostel is? Join our housekeeping team! 🫧
As part of the team, you help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, you and your colleagues make sure the hostel is spotless. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, keeping the shared kitchen neat and inviting, etc.
For both reception and housekeeping, shifts are on Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays. Looking to work more hours during the summer? We’re flexible and happy to work that out together 😊
